The 18th Annual Lone Tree Art Expo is presented by the City of Lone Tree and the Lone Tree Arts Commission. This juried exhibition runs September 17th – November 18th, 2019 at the Lone Tree Arts Center, 10075 Commons Street, Lone Tree, Colorado, 80124.
10:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday and two hours before productions at the Lone Tree Arts Center.

2019 Juror - Colleen Fanning
Colleen Fanning is an art advisor with Fanning Art Advisory, a full service firm that provides curatorial services for collectors, and assistance with divestment strategies for families, estates, attorneys, and financial advisors. For more than twenty years, she has worked largely with clients in Miami, New York, San Francisco Bay Area, and Los Angeles.
Fanning received a BFA in Art History from University of Colorado in 1996. Following her undergraduate studies, she held positions in the highly regarded Denver Public Art Program and Denver International Airport for three mayoral administrations, including Wellington Webb, John Hickenlooper, and Michael Hancock. At the time, Fanning commissioned site-specific works with notable artists, Larry Kirkland, Bernar Venet, Ed Ruscha, Dennis Oppenheim, Donald Lipski, Luis Jimenez, Fernando Botero, Jonathan Borofsky, Betty Woodman, and Buster Simpson. In private practice, placement of blue-chip Modern and Contemporary artists, Elaine de Kooning, Purvis Young, Yoshitomo Nara, Takashi Murakami, Zhang Huan, Louise Bourgeois, Roger Shimomura, Alexander Calder, Ed Ruscha, Catherine Opie, Marilyn Minter, Robert Peterson, Damien Hirst, Madison Fred Mitchell, Mikey Pallas and numerous other emerging an mid-career artists.
Selections for the exhibition are made via callforentry.org (CaFÉ™) from JPEG images. Awards are made by the juror in person and include the final presentation of the artwork. There are cash awards for each winner.
Awards include: Best of Show and Commissioner’s Choice award, Painting First Place and Second Place, Drawing First Place and Second Place, Watercolor First Place and Second Place, Mixed Media First Place and Second Place, and Sculpture First Place and Second Place. Best of Show winner as well as First Place in each category will be awarded gallery space at the Lone Tree Arts Center following the Art Expo.
Sales are conducted by the Lone Tree Arts Center. A 20% sales commission will be applied to all sales.
