Our ability to present performances is based on mandated guidelines through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Under current guidelines, we are able to have 124-149 patrons in our theater, depending on the performance. State public health orders for indoor events of more than 100 people require face coverings and social distancing.

Your face covering must cover your nose and mouth completely at all times, and must be secure and fit snugly against the face. You must wear a face covering even if you have been fully vaccinated. If you arrive without a face covering, we’re happy to provide you with one. If you would rather not wear a face covering, you will need to wait to come back until these guidelines are lifted. Individuals that are 10 and older are required to wear face coverings, and those ages 2-10 are strongly encouraged to wear face coverings. A face shield is not an acceptable face covering.

Please stay at least six feet apart from those not in your party. Decals on the floor will indicate distance so you know where it’s safe to stand when in line for tickets and bathrooms.  Please keep six feet apart when using the rest of the lobby.

Please wash your hands frequently and use the sanitizing stations set up throughout the lobby.

If your temperature is above 100.4 degrees or you’re not feeling well, please stay home. Our flexible ticketing policy during this time allows for refunds or accounts credits, minus our $4 box office fee.

Concessions is not open at this time.

Seating will be in groups of one, two, three, and four (five for Passport to Culture/Sensory Friendly). Please choose the group that fits your party size. If your party is larger than what is available on the seat map, we ask that you break up into groups to fit availability. All seats have been placed in a way that allows for social distancing between parties.

Whenever possible, please choose print-at-home tickets. You will be able to show your ticket on your phone if you’re unable to print it out.

Please enter the building through the main lobby doors on the east side of the building. If you do not have a ticket, you will be directed to the box office. Doors open a half hour prior to the start of the performance.

For the Main Stage Theater, seats and common touchpoints will be sanitized according to guidance from the CDPHE. Bathrooms will be cleaned once per hour.
