School Programs

The Lone Tree Arts Center strives to provide each child in the South Metro area and beyond with access to professional artists and performances that engage imaginations and enrich lives.

Our student matinee program allows for low-cost admission to top performances that integrate into your existing curriculum. Matinees are provided several times throughout the school year. Often, matinee performances include “talk-backs” where actors, directors, writers, or technical staff stay after the performance to answer students’ questions and provide further information on the performance. Every student matinee includes a study guide or teacher resource to further the experience within the classroom.

Group tickets are $5-$15 each and one complimentary chaperone ticket is available for every 10 student tickets purchased (limit 10 free tickets per group).

Financial Assistance & Busing

LTAC understands that one of the biggest obstacles to attending live theater is the cost of getting here. Numerous LTAC sponsors have stepped forward to provide assistance to schools for transportation needs. Please let us know on your application form if your school cannot attend without assistance so we can help in finding a patron sponsor.
