POSTPONED: We have been in contact with Michael Martin Murphey’s manager and together have concluded that his performances this weekend are not feasible, given that Mr. Murphey would have to travel from out of state amid rapidly increasing COVID cases. As a result, we will be postponing both the live and livestream performances originally scheduled for this Friday and Saturday, and are working with Mr. Murphey and his manager to find a new date in the springtime. Ticketholders have been contacted with further information. Please contact the Box Office with any questions.

The original Cosmic Cowboy and Americana pioneer, Michael Martin Murphey, returns to the Arts Center for an intimate solo performance. Murphey launched his recording career from Austin in the early '70s with the classic album Geronimo’s Cadillac and went on to release multiple albums in the ‘70s culminating with the Platinum classic “Wildfire,” from the certified Gold Album Blue Sky Night Thunder. His career shifted to Country music in the ‘80s and he won an ACM Award for New Male Vocalist Of The Year. Over the course of his career, he has had multiple Grammy nominations, three gold albums, and one certified Platinum album. Don’t miss this special evening of hits such as “Geronimo’s Cadillac,” “What’s Forever For,” “Carolina In The Pines,” ”A Long Line of Love,” “Cowboy Logic,” and the Grammy-nominated “A Face in the Crowd.”

There will also be a livestream of the November 14, 8pm performance. TICKETS FOR THE LIVESTREAM ARE AVAILABLE HERE.

Our reopening is based on mandated guidelines through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment:

Face coverings are required as part of the Tri-County Health Department public health order. Remember to keep your face covering over your nose and mouth at all times while in the theater. If you arrive without a face covering, we’re happy to provide you with one. If you would rather not wear a face covering, you will need to wait to come back until these guidelines are lifted.
Please stay at least six feet apart from those not in your party. Decals on the floor will indicate distance so you know where it’s safe to stand when in line for tickets, bathrooms, and concessions. Please keep six feet apart when using the rest of the lobby. In order to adhere to social distancing protocols and to streamline our processes, we are unable to offer more than groups of 4 seated together at this time. If you have more than 4 people in your party, you will need to split your party amongst available seating in the theater.
Please wash your hands frequently and use the sanitizing stations set up throughout the lobby.

Please choose the group that fits your party size. If you don't see a group of seats that fits your party, please contact the Box Office via email or by calling 720-509-1000. It's possible that your party may have to split up in order to be accomodated in the theater.
Whenever possible, please choose print-at-home tickets. You will be able to show your ticket on your phone if you’re unable to print it out.
Please enter the building through the main lobby doors on the east side of the building. If you do not have a ticket, you will be directed to the box office. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance.
