Young Yogis shares the joy of yoga with kids. Young Yogis bend, stretch, and strengthen both body and mind in a fun-based and engaging environment. We celebrate each individual through poses, breath work, yoga games, teamwork, and lots of laughter! Please bring your own yoga mat/beach towel to practice on.
Seedlings is a family program designed to engage parents and young children in arts, culture, and science at the Lone Tree Arts Center. Tickets are $3; children ages 1 and under are free, but must have a ticket.
Recommended Audience: Toddlers through Kindergarten.
