Hosted by the Mexican Cultural Center and the Lone Tree Arts Center, the Making Space Panel invites artists, creators, and arts professionals for an afternoon of fellowship, conversation, and networking.

This discussion focuses on direct, personal stories of resilience and perspectives from a panel of our peers. These moments bring our community together and foster social understanding while simultaneously allowing us to examine our own place on the journey and how we can take direct action to create positive impact.

Schedule:

3:00pm – 3:30pm: Registration opens

3:30pm – 5:00pm: Panel discussion

5:00pm – 6:30pm – Happy hour networking reception – hosted bar and snacks available

At The Table is an opportunity for arts leaders of color to discuss where we’ve been, where we are, and where we are going. At each event, an esteemed panel will discuss a broad array of subjects related to artistic representation, actionable steps towards systemic change, and the importance of the arts in making meaningful progress. More than just about representation, this panel focuses on direct, personal stories and perspectives from diverse, living artists. These moments offer us the opportunity to bring our community together and foster social understanding.
