About the event
Colorado Children’s Nowruz Foundation (CCNF) is a community-led nonprofit that celebrates Nowruz (the Persian New Year) through cultural and educational programs for children and families in Colorado. We create joyful, family-friendly events that keep Persian traditions alive—music, dance, storytelling, crafts, and hands-on learning—while building connection, belonging, and pride in our heritage. CCNF is volunteer-driven and welcomes families from all backgrounds. Our mission is to honor Iranian/Persian culture, share it with the broader community, and give the next generation a meaningful, positive experience of Nowruz—rooted in kindness, community, and hope.
