About the event
Experience the spirit, beauty, and wide-open landscapes of Colorado while looking toward the future of concert band music. The program will feature the Denver Concert Band’s Young Artist Competition winner, along with the world premiere of a newly commissioned work by renowned composer, Frank Ticheli. The concert will also include Clifton Williams’ Caccia and Chorale, Zhou Tian’s Nocturne, Rossano Galante’s Colorado Rockies, and music from John Williams’ score to The Cowboys.
