About the event
The Denver Concert Band invites you to a musical celebration with a dual theme: Heroes and Holidays. The performance begins with powerful works honoring heroes of all kinds, both legendary and fictional portraying bravery, sacrifice, and imagination. Expect bold fanfares, dramatic soundscapes, and heart-pounding rhythms that bring these iconic figures to life.
The second half of the performance kicks off for the holiday season with a festive program with a collection of holiday music that may stray a bit from tradition. Expect jazzy sleigh rides, humorous holiday tales, and playful twists on familiar tunes. The concert wraps up with a joyful surprise from the North Pole!
