About the event

“…Chante’s angelic, eight octave range voice set the atmosphere for an ‘electrifying evening’” -Broadway World

During a decades-spanning career beginning at the tail end of the New Jack Swing era, sophisticated vocalist Chanté Moore placed over a dozen songs on Billboard’s R&B Chart. In 1992, propelled by the singles “Love’s Taken Over” and “It’s Alright,” her debut album Precious was certified gold. Chanté also found success with her collaboration with The Isley Brothers in 2001 with the Grammy-nominated single “Contagious.”
